My Peptides
Privacy Policy
Effective September 20, 2026
This Policy explains how My Peptides handles personal information in the mobile app, support channels, and website.
Information we process
- Account and identity: name, email, authentication identifiers, and login provider.
- Profile and wellness: birth date, sex or gender selection, height, weight, goals, dietary preferences, and activity preferences.
- App records: meals, workouts, water, progress, medication name, dose, schedule, symptoms, notes, and reminder preferences.
- Meal scan: a photo you choose to submit, scan results, feedback, and technical hashes used for processing and integrity.
- Purchase status: product, entitlement, transaction, and subscription status received from the app store and RevenueCat.
- Technical information: device and app information, coarse location where configured, diagnostics, crash data, performance data, security events, and service logs.
- Support and website: messages you send and standard server logs used for security and reliability.
Why we use information
We use information to authenticate you, personalize the service, synchronize records, analyze meal photos at your request, deliver reminders, manage paid access, secure and troubleshoot the service, answer support requests, comply with law, and improve reliability. Depending on applicable law, we rely on your consent, performance of the service you request, legitimate security and operational interests, or legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
Information is shared only as needed with providers supporting a requested function. They may include Apple or Google for sign-in and purchases, RevenueCat for subscription status, Datadog for configured diagnostics, and OpenAI or Google Gemini providers for automated meal analysis. Providers process data under their own terms and safeguards. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Health data, photos, and permissions
Health and wellness records are used to provide the app features you request. Camera or photo access is requested only when you choose a meal scan. A selected image is sent for analysis. My Peptides keeps the structured result and a technical hash rather than using the original image as a permanent account record. Device permissions can be revoked in system settings.
Retention
Account data and app records are generally kept while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Scan jobs are normally retained for up to 30 days and scan feedback for up to 180 days. Security, synchronization, transaction, deletion, and legal records may be kept for limited operational or legal periods. After confirmed deletion, associated personal data is removed or de-identified, subject to legally required records, store records controlled by Apple or Google, and a limited non-identifying deletion audit kept for up to 30 days.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted service credentials, and operational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in other countries with protections required by applicable law.
Your choices and rights
You can update profile information, manage permissions and notifications, and request permanent deletion in the app or through the account deletion page. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, confirm processing, obtain portability, object, withdraw consent, or request deletion. Contact us to exercise a right or appeal a decision.
Children
My Peptides is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy when the service or law changes. We will publish the current version and effective date here. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to contact@mypeptidesglp1.com.
