Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

What the service provides

My Peptides helps organize nutrition, activity, hydration, medication schedules, symptoms, reminders, and progress. Some features use automated systems to estimate meals or prepare suggestions from information you provide.

Automated estimates

Nutrition values, meal recognition, goals, and plans may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review estimates before saving or relying on them. Never use the app as the sole basis for a medical or safety decision.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features, prices, billing periods, and trial conditions are shown before purchase. App Store or Google Play purchases renew automatically unless canceled in the applicable store settings before the current period ends. Deleting a My Peptides account does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds and billing follow the store's rules.

On Apple platforms, the licensed application is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA

Your content and our service

You retain your rights in information you submit and give us the limited permission needed to process it and provide the service. The My Peptides software, interface, brand, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We may maintain, improve, restrict, or discontinue features. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address abuse. You may request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided with the warranties required by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by estimates, third-party services, interruptions, or use contrary to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
