Delete Your Account
Account and data controls
You can permanently delete your account in the app or request deletion by email.
Delete in the app
- Open My Peptides and go to Account or Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Review the consequences and confirm permanent deletion.
Request deletion on the web
Email contact@mypeptidesglp1.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete My Peptides account". We may ask for limited information to verify ownership before completing the request.
What is deleted
After verification, account information and associated app records are deleted or de-identified. Data that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes may be kept only for the required period. A limited non-identifying deletion audit may be kept for up to 30 days.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in the applicable store settings to prevent future renewal.
